Parties & Tent Rentals

ANYONE LOOKING TO BOOK A PARTY PLEASE CONTACT THE MANAGER DIRECTLY AT gpblccmanager@gmail.com. We now have three tents available for your private parties, each with its own party grill. Book early to confirm availability.

In-Season Parties:

  1. Tents are FREE for scheduled parties based on availability and reservation.
  2. Party applications can be obtained through the manager.

Pre-Season Parties:

Our newest Pavilion with pool and lake view!

  1. The Manager or member of the Board Must be present.
  2. No more than 2 parties may be booked that will affect swim practices.
  3. Fifty dollars must be put on deposit by check at the time of booking and sign contract.
  4. Conduct and Rules will be discussed upon application.
  5. All parties must be finalized two weeks in advance.
  6. No boat rentals are permitted during private parties.
  7. All parties must be booked through the President of the Board of Directors.

Tents Available for Rent

Our guest fee is $6 per person, regardless of age. Guest under 5 free with an Adult admission. A minimum of $100 is required to cover operating costs for pre-season parties. A $50 deposit is required for in-season parties. All parties are subject to approval of the Board of Directors.

TO PROPERLY CONSIDER YOUR REQUEST, we require the following prior to any party being booked:

  1. Completed application received by the Executive Board (manager at club during in season parties) prior to the date requested; and
  2. A $50 deposit/clean-up fee. This fee reserves the pavilion for the date of the party. This deposit does not cover or reserve any parties that are using the grounds. Please note that this deposit cannot be used to cover guest fees and will only be returned if the area used for the party is properly cleaned up after the party. Parties must end by 8:00pm & all guests must depart the Park no later than 9:00pm or you will forfeit your deposit.

PRIOR TO USE OF THE FACILITIES, we require the following:

  1. A complete list of ALL guests in the group so we may properly register each guest at the office as they enter. Also, for safety reasons, we need to know who is on the premises, members and guests alike.
  2. A check for the full amount due or for the expected number of guests. A head count will be taken at the front gate.

All applications must be approved by the Board and/or Club Manager. It is your responsibility to confirm your date, time and availability of pavilion (if applicable).

Important Notes:

  • Groups are responsible for the condition of the area after usage and agree to abide by all Club Rules.
  • No parties are scheduled during any weekends when an “open house” is scheduled
  • Boat rentals will NOT be available for pre-season parties.
  • Kegs allowed upon prior Board approval. Approval is at the discretion of the Board.
  • NO GLASS IS PERMITTED in the park at any time. All alcoholic beverage vans must be covered.
  • Manager on Duty has the authority to remove anyone from the park who does not abide by the rules of the Club. NO REFUNDS
  • The Front Desk is not allowed to provide any refunds/checks. This must be handled by the President and/or Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Club. Refunds/checks will be mailed to the applicant and not given on the day of the party.
  • Scheduled entertainment provided by the Club is subject to change without notice. If you choose to bring entertainment such as a DJ or a band, all entertainment must be pre-approved by the Board.
