Greenwood Park Bells Community Swim Club is the most scenic and unique swim club in South Jersey. Located in Washington Township on the former estate of Samuel Bell, and originally owned by the Lenni Lenape Indians, Greenwood Park boasts a 33-acre man-made lake and 20 acres of family-oriented parkland. The park offers fun for the whole family with swimming, fishing, boating, picnicking, basketball, volleyball, championship swim team and so much more.
Greenwood Park has been open to the public and serving the community since 1967. Today, our club still offers to the community a fun family-oriented location, where summer memories are made that last a lifetime.
To better serve our community and families, preserve the environment and maintain the history of our family-oriented swim club, Bells Lake Community Swim Club, Inc was established. This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable literary, scientific, and educational purposes. Bells Lake Community Swim Club, Inc (EIN: 84-2785872) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.
Bells Lake Community Swim Club is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization proudly focused on enabling the conservation initiatives of our community, protect and improve the water quality, dedicated to serving our community, preserving the environment, and maintaining the history of our family-oriented swim club. It is our goal to not only preserve the water quality of the beautiful community lake but in doing so also preserve the lakeside and pool(s) area lifestyle that is so dearly cherished. Many generations of families have had the privilege to grow and grow old alongside the natural beauty of our community lake and pool areas. We wish to enable this community’s ability to thrive alongside this precious body of water and poolside area for generations to come.
Our ability to support our lake comes largely in the form of fundraising and educational community events. As the devastating impacts of COVID-19 rippled across all industries, nonprofit organizations such as the Bells Lake Community Swim Club were not spared. This pandemic has greatly inhibited our ability to conduct such events, and your continued support is requested to further our mission.
In light of COVID-19, we are more dependent than ever on the support of donors like you to continue upholding the integrity of our lakes. Please consider making any donation as your donation is 100% tax-deductible with our Charitable Organization.
Every donation has a positive impact. Help us to make a difference in our community today.
We are more than happy to provide you with information about how your donation helps our club. Please contact Brian Scavetta if you have any questions.
