Greenwood Park Bells Lake Community Club offers it’s members and corporations/non-members the ability to reserve one of our three pavilions. Having a birthday? Family reunion? Corporate party? Host it at Bells Lake!
Making a Reservation
Current Members
$50
Reservation Fee to be paid at the time you make the reservation
$6
per guest attending to be paid the day of the reservation
Directions
- Log into your account
- Click Reservations, then Make Reservations.
- Select what you are reserving; the grounds or a pavilion.
- Select the date you wish to make the reservation.
- Choose the pavilion or grounds you wish to reserve.
- Fill out the form that opens. Select the members attending, add guest names (if available), and who should receive updates about the reservation.
- You should receive an email confirmation that your reservation has been made.
- Next go back to your account, click on the Payments tab, and choose Make a Payment
- Select Pavilion Reservation and choose your method of payment on the products screen then Next to complete your payment
